El magistrado, juez o Agente del Ministerio Público que no cumpliere con alguno de los términos establecidos en este capítulo, incurrirá en multa de cincuenta a doscientos pesos, que le impondrá el respectivo superior, disciplinaria y sumariamente, a petición de cualquier persona.

Si se tratare de un Magistrado de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, la multa será impuesta por el Procurador General de la Nación.
