El personal expulsado por mala conducta comprobada perderá solamente las recompensas por periodos de servicio de que tratan la Ley 74 de 1945 y el decreto número 981 de 1946. Si éstas se hubieren causado se le deducirán de las prestaciones sociales.
El Gobierno al reglamentar esta Ley determinará las causales de expulsión.
