Art. 47. Los Distritos Judiciales no enumerados en el artículo 22 de esta Ley, pero que figuran en el artículo 1.° de la misma Ley, tendrán un Juzgado Superior con el personal siguiente: un Juez, un Secretario, un Escribiente y un Portero Escribiente, de libre nombramiento y remoción del Juez, y los Agentes de Policía que fueren necesarios, con excepción del Distrito Capital, que tendrá un Juzgado con eI personal siguiente: un Juez, un Secretario, dos Escribientes y un Portero Escribiente.
