Artículo único. La facultad conferida n el Decreto número 506 de febrero 18 de 1954, al Ingeniero Jefe de la Sección de Dragados, Equipo y Almacenes, queda Ampliada en lo que respecta al personal de obreros hasta los jornales establecidos y aceptados por el Ministerio de Obras Públicas, de acuerdo con pactos laborales existentes y resoluciones vigentes. Comuníquese y publíquese.
