LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 145. RETIRO EN ESTADO DE EMBARAZO. Las Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional que sean retiradas del servicio activo durante el embarazo o los tres meses siguientes al parto o al aborto, tendrán derecho a que se les pague una indemnización equivalente a sus haberes de sesenta (60) días, fuera de las demás prestaciones a que hubiere lugar de conformidad con este estatuto y además al pago de la licencia remunerada, si el retiro impide el goce de dicha licencia.
