Las pensiones y recompensas a que tengan derecho los antiguos miembros de las bandas de música del Ejercito de la República, según los artículos 1º de la Ley 103 de 1912 y 13 de la Ley 102 de 1927 , no podrán exceder en ningún caso de la mitad del sueldo que devengaba el favorecido al tiempo de separarse del empleo. Queda reformado en estos términos el artículo 2º de la Ley 107 de 1928 .
