La posesión notoria del estado civil se probará por un conjunto de testimonios fidedignos, que la establezcan de un modo irrefragable; particularmente en el caso de no esplicarse i probarse satisfactoriamente la falta de la respectiva partida, o la pérdida o estravío del libro o rejistro en que debiera encontrarse.
