° Aviso de la comisión de faltas. Todo funcionario público que tenga conocimiento de la comisión de una falta por parte de un docente deberá dar aviso al funcionario competente para iniciar el proceso disciplinario. Si éste no lo hiciere, podrá acudirse a su inmediato superior o a la Junta de Escalafón.
