El juez, el funcionario de instrucción, el procesado, su apoderado o defensor, y las demás personas que tengan derecho de intervenir en el proceso, podrán hacer a los testigos, cuando declaren, todas las preguntas y contrainterrogatorios que quieran para esclarecer mejor los hechos; y todo lo que se diga de una y otra parte será escrito fielmente en la diligencia.
