Los avisos a que se refiere la última parte del artículo anterior; servirán al Administrador para llevar al tenedor la cuenta de la cantidad que conserve amparada, y a quien le presente la boleta de aviso, le dará en cambio una licencia de consumó. Estas boletas, como derivaciones de la guía de consumo, no causarán derechos y deberán devolverse a la Administración una vez consumido el tabaco que amparen, o en el término que se señale para ser cambiadas.
