Art. 21. Los Jefes de seccion cuidarán de que sus subalternos concurran diariamente a la oficina en las horas de trabajo; i en caso de falta sin escusa, lo avisarán al Oficial mayor, para que se haga la deduccion en la nómina jeneral de la parte de sueldo correspondiente a los dias de la falta.
