Artículo séptimo. Los créditos que la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial Minero; abra al Gobierno, conforme al artículo anterior, se manejarán por medio de letras, que tendrán como garantía el azúcar importado y que para el efecto girará el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, a favor y a cargo de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, para ser descontadas en el Banco de la República.
