Límite De Permanencia En El Escalafón Complementario

Límite de permanencia en el Escalafón Complementario. El Oficial o Suboficial inscrito en el Escalafón Complementario no podrá sobrepasar los treinta y cinco (35) años de servicio efectivo en las Fuerzas Militares. Su permanencia en este escalafón no podrá ser inferior a dos (2) años para pasar al retiro a solicitud propia.

Parágrafo

Lo anterior no obsta para que el Oficial o Suboficial inscrito en el Escalafón Complementario pueda ser retirado del servicio activo en cualquier época, por llamamiento a calificar servicios, por voluntad del Gobierno, por disminución de la capacidad sicofísica para la actividad militar, por incapacidad profesional, por inasistencia al servicio por más de diez (10) días sin causa justificada o por conducta deficiente.
