Inspección, vigilancia y control. La Superintendencia Nacional de Salud deberá realizar las acciones de inspección, vigilancia y control a que haya lugar, para que se garantice el derecho a la libre escogencia, así como el aseguramiento y el acceso efectivo a los servicios de salud de los migrantes colombianos que han sido repatriados, han retornado voluntariamente al país, o han sido deportados o expulsados de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, conforme a lo establecido en el presente decreto.
