º Las investigaciones que corresponda adelantar a los Agentes Postales y Administradores Principales de Correo, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo anterior, deberán quedar perfeccionadas dentro del termino de treinta (30) días, que se contaran a partir de la fecha de su iniciación. Las demoras harán incurrir al responsable en multas hasta de cincuenta pesos ($ 50.00). Todo empleado dependiente del Ministerio de Comunicaciones que, debiendo remitir algún documento o rendir algún informe relacionado con las investigaciones de que trata el presente Decreto, no lo hiciere oportunamente, incurrirá en una multa hasta de treinta pesos ($ 30.00), que le será impuesta por el respectivo superior.
