Art. 101. Computado el tiempo que tardarían, según la distancia legal, en llegar los documentos remitidos por los Jurados electorales más un término de veinticuatro horas, la Junta electoral se reunirá a las diez de la mañana del día siguiente en lugar público, después de anunciarlo por medio de tres redobles de tambor, con intervalos de media hora.
