Art. único. Asígnase la cantidad anual de seiscientos pesos ($600) para los útiles de escritorio i demas gastos de material de la Administracion de la Aduana de Santamarta; i la de cien pesos ($100) para los gastos de luz i agua de la seccion del resguardo de dicha Aduana.
