Art. 51. La vacante se pagará en las mismas condiciones que se establezcan para el pago de la última anualidad y con el recargo del 8 por 100 sobre el precio de esta última y bajo las mismas seguridades que tenía el arrendamiento principal. Cuando la vacante se adjudique porque no ha habido postor en la licitación, entonces no habrá lugar al 8 por 100 de recargo.
