Las sentencias proferidas en países extranjeros tendrán en Colombia la fuerza que les concedan los respectivos tratados, si existieren, y en caso contrario, la que les de las respectivas leyes extranjeras a las sentencias dictadas en Colombia, y siempre que en su ejecución no se contraríen manifiestamente el orden público ni las buenas costumbres.
