LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Articulo 2º. Dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la aprobación de la póliza de que trata el artículo 64 de la Ley 9ª de 1989, la Superintendencia Bancaria informará tal circunstancia en un diario de amplia circulación nacional, con el objeto de que los notarios públicos exijan la protocolización de la copia de la póliza correspondiente.
