Los capataces o directores inmediatos de cualquier obra en construcción, ordenarán, en caso de lluvia, la suspensión de los trabajos a la intemperie, sin que pueda descontarse por ese motivo el tiempo que pierden los trabajadores. Es entendido que durante este tiempo los obreros podrán ser ocupados en trabajos bajo cubierta.
