El presente Decreto deroga todas las disposiciones de los Decretos números 1206 de 1927, 583 de 1931, 1156 de 1932, 1493 de 1934, 1808 de 1932, 1339 de 1933, 173 de 1934 y 66 de 1935. Deroga también los artículos 1º al 18 y 21 a 35, inclusive del Decreto número 954 de 1932, el artículo 5º del Decreto 1060 de 1936 y la Resolución 147 de 1931.
