ARTICULO 2.3.1.5.- RESTRICCIONES A LA POSIBILIDAD DE EMISION. Ninguna sociedad podrá efectuar una nueva emisión de bonos cuando: Haya incumplido las obligaciones de una anterior. 2. Haya colocado los bonos en condiciones distintas a las autorizadas. 3. Se encuentre pendiente el plazo de suscripción de una emisión. 4. Tratándose de bonos convertibles que deban colocarse con sujeción al derecho de preferencia, se encuentre pendiente una suscripción de acciones.
