La renovación de las a utorizaciones sanitarias de funcionamiento parte aire requieren de un informe técnico, presentado por un funcionario del Ministerio de Salud o de la entidad en quien éste delegue, previa inspección de la fuente y examen de las condiciones de operación de los equipos de control, en el cual conste el cumplimiento de las normas del presente decreto.
