º Para la práctica de la inspección ocular de que habla el artículo 1° de la Ley 97 de 1946, el Alcalde podrá comisionar al Corregidor de la jurisdicción, cuando se tratare de terrenos de difícil acceso desde la cabecera municipal por su distancia o malas vía de comunicación y siempre que a juicio del Alcalde el Corregidor esté en capacidad de reemplazarlo.
