º Del campo de aplicación. El presente Decreto regula el marco jurídico de las asociaciones agropecuarias y campesinas, nacionales y no nacionales, constituidas o que se constituyan en el territorio nacional, con el fin de permitir su adecuado control y vigilancia para asegurar que sus actos, en cuanto a su constitución, actuación administrativa, desarrollo del objeto social, disolución y liquidación se cumplan, en un todo, conforme a la ley, a este Decreto y a los respectivos estatutos.
