Art 8o. Autorizase al Poder Ejecutivo para establecer Aduanas en Panamá, Colon, Arauca Orocué. El personal y sueldo que hoy tiene la Aduanas no excederá del personal y sueldos que hoy tienen la Aduana de Santa marta. Este gasto se considera incluido en la ley de presupuestos.

Los derechos que se deberán en dichas adunas serán los de la tarifa vigente, con un cuarenta por ciento de rebaja.

De los decretos orgánicos de dichas aduanas que expida el Poder Ejecutivo dará cuanta al Congreso en sus próximas sesiones.
