Trámite de quejas. Sólo se tramitarán las noticias, quejas o denuncias de hechos o situaciones que pudieran llegar a constituir hechos u omisiones de inadecuado, ineficaz, ineficiente, o ilegal uso de los recursos del Sistema General de Regalías provenientes de los órganos de control, de la ciudadanía o de otras fuentes de información, cuando aquellas se refieran a los sujetos de control que hayan sido seleccionados para seguimiento o respecto de los cuales se esté ejecutando una medida de control. En caso contrario, tales noticias, quejas o denuncias, les serán remitidas a los organismos de control correspondientes.
