Los registros de importación presentados ante el Incomex, que no hayan sido utilizados a la fecha de vigencia del presente decreto, deberán contar con el visto bueno del Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural. Luego de la obtención del respectivo visto bueno, de conformidad con el presente decreto se deberá presentar la modificación del correspondiente registro ante el Incomex.
