FALSA ALARMA. El que difunda falsa alarma para la preparación a la defensa o al combate incurrirá en arresto de seis (6) meses a un (1) año. Si el hecho anterior se realiza en tiempo de guerra, conmoción interior o turbación del orden público, la pena se aumentará hasta el doble. Si a consecuencia del comportamiento a que se refieren los incisos anteriores, sobreviniere desorden, pérdida de bienes u otros efectos para la defensa, o la derrota de las tropas la pena será de cuatro (4) a diez (10) años de prisión.
