º . Los titulares de las concesiones de actividades y servicios de telecomunicaciones que no hayan formalizado su situación jurídica, deberán solicitar la ampliación, modificación o renovación de las mismas, de conformidad con el artículo 8º de la Ley 72 de 1989, dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto.
