º Los compromisos adquiridos por la República mediante convenios sobre puntos iguales o similares a los tratados en este Decreto, no se afectarán por lo dispuesto aquí, y por lo tanto continuarán en vigor hasta el término previsto en cada uno de ellos. Al tramitarse su prórroga o al gestionarse la celebración de uno nuevo, deberán aplicarse las disposiciones que regulan la materia.
