Para el despacho de los negocios de orden administrativo de la República, habrá ocho Ministerios, cuya nomenclatura será la siguiente:

Ministerio de Gobierno.

Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.

Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.

Ministerio de Guerra.

Ministerio de Industrias.

Ministerio de Instrucción y Salubridad Públicas.

Ministerio de Correos y Telégrafos.

Ministerio de obras públicas.
