La acción de extinción de dominio de que trata la presente ley es de naturaleza constitucional, pública, jurisdiccional, directa, de carácter real patrimonial y de contenido patrimonial, y procederá sobre cualquier bien, independientemente de quien lo tenga en su poder o lo haya adquirido.
