Actualización del RUT por nuevas responsabilidades. Aquellos contribuyentes responsables del Impuesto sobre las Ventas a 31 de diciembre de 2012, cuyas actividades están sujetas al Impuesto Nacional al Consumo a partir del 1° de enero de 2013, deberán actualizar el Registro Único Tributario, de acuerdo con las fechas que se señalen mediante resolución expedida por la U.A.E. Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN), con fundamento en lo previsto en el
