° Respecto a la asignación de los miembros de la Junta Administradora se procederá de acuerdo con el artículo 4° de la citada Ley 19 de 1921, y en lo general, se procederá de acuerdo con ésta y de modo semejante con las prácticas de la Junta Directiva del Ferrocarril del Pacifico.
