Subcomisiones permanentes y entidades responsables. La Comisión Mixta Nacional para Asuntos Campesinos contará con tres subcomisiones permanentes en las que se discutirá, concertará y/o construirán insumos sobre los asuntos correspondientes. Estas subcomisiones serán

Subcomisión de Reforma Agraria Integral y Desarrollo Rural, presidida por el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural.

Subcomisión de Derechos humanos, Garantías, Participación y Democracia, presidida por el Ministerio del Interior.

Subcomisión de Formulación de Política Pública para la materialización del Derecho a la Igualdad, presidida por el Ministerio de Igualdad y Equidad.
