- Racionalización de la cesión de instituciones prestadoras de servicios de salud y su impacto sobre el gasto público . La cesión a los municipios de las instituciones destinadas a la prestación de servicios de salud, se efectuará conforme lo dispone la Ley 10 de 1990. No obstante, para que la cesión sea procedente, se requerirá, previa legalización o acuerdo definitivo, que la institución objeto de cesión sea viable financieramente, conforme a las definiciones que sobre el particular se determinen por vía general.
