Desde la sanción de la presente Ley el ferrocarril de Antioquia, propiedad del extinguido Departamento del mismo nombre, continuará construyéndose por administración, como lo determina la Ordenan número 4 de 2 de Noviembre de 1893, y con derecho al pago de la subvención nacional que decretó la Ley 61 de 1896 .
