º. La carga de cabotaje y la que se transporte por la vía del Dique, se descargará según convenga a los intereses del puerto, o directamente a los muelles o a bongos. En caso de carga directa se hará conforme lo dispone el artículo 9º. Recibo de carga procedente del interior por ferrocarril.
