º. Las resoluciones administrativas serán notificadas en la forma indicada por los artículos 44 y 45 del Código Contencioso Administrativo. Cuando fuere del caso se dará cumplimiento al artículo 46 del mismo código.

Parágrafo

Contra dichas resoluciones procederá únicamente el recurso de reposición, conforme a lo indicado por el inciso segundo del numeral segundo del artículo 50 del Código Contencioso Administrativo.
