Art. 22. Los Senadores y Representantes no pueden hacer por si ni por interpuesta persona contrato alguno con la administración ni admitir de nadie poder para gestionar negocios que tengan relación con el Gobierno de Colombia.

Esta prohibición se extiende a un año después determinado el periodo de cada Senador o Representante, conforme a las reglas del inciso tercero del artículo 20.
