En los casos que requieran escritura pública para el perfeccionamiento de la reforma estatutaria de fusión o escisión, con la escritura se deberán protocolizar los documentos señalados en la ley, así como copia de los estados financieros completos que sirvieron de base para la reforma estatutaria.
