En el Registro Unico de inscripción o actualización del empleado en el escalafón, se anotará el nombre y apellidos del empleado, su documento de identidad, el empleo en el cual se inscribe o efectúa la actualización, el nombre del órgano administrativo, el lugar en el cual desempeña las funciones y la fecha de su registro.
