La Tarjeta Profesional tendrá vigencia permanente y sólo perderá su validez en los casos de sanciónes impuestas al Guía de Turismo, como consecuencia de decisión del Consejo Profesional de Guías de Turismo en ejercicio de sus atribuciones propias o en cumplimiento de orden de autoridad competente.
