cuando se deniegue una acumulación en que para sustanciar el incidente haya habido necesidad de pedir autos a otro u otros Juzgados, además de las costas se condena al que la solicitó al pago de una indemnización de diez a quinientos pesos, a favor de las partes perjudicadas.
