Según el artículo 11 de la Ley, es requisito indispensable que una viuda observe buena conducta para tener derecho á asignación, de modo que no se le concederá, ó la perderá una vez concedida, si se le prueba mala conducta, y lo mismo se entenderá respecto de las madres de los Jefes y Oficiales.
