La antigüedad de los Suboficiales de las Fuerzas de Policía, llamados al servicio, será la correspondiente en cada caso al periodo de servicio prestado durante el tiempo de actividad, contado desde la fecha del último ascenso hasta la de retiro, más el tiempo servido en actividad en el respectivo grado después del llamamiento al servicio.
