° Los Oficiales y empleados militares que deban viajar en el desempeño de comisiones especiales, tendrán derecho, además del "valor" de pasajes, al auxilio diario que fija el artículo 1° del presente Decreto, desde la fecha de Salida de su guarnición hasta el día de regreso a ella.
