Articulo 46 . Las observaciones y sugerencias de los representantes deberán ser conocidas y decididas por el Consejo de la Corporación. En todo caso, los motivos de inconformidad y los reparos de dichos representantes se recogerán en las actas de sus deliberaciones con los funcionarios administrativos, procurando recoger las memorias de dichas deliberaciones.
